BRATS is an all volunteer organization dedicated to helping adoptable Wisconsin animals find their way home! We transport only within the state of Wisconsin. We transport only from Wisconsin shelters, rescues and puppy mills to other shelters and rescues for the best chance at finding the perfect forever home!
