Our Mission
To make EVERY cat a WANTED cat by increasing awareness of the need to spay/neuter and, through fundraising, provide assistance to help reduce the overpopulation of felines.
Who We Are
Over the past ten years, we (Cathy and MaryAnn) have volunteered at numerous animal facilities in southeastern Wisconsin. During those years we became disheartened by the overwhelming number of cats waiting for homes, and those destroyed when a facility ran out of space. Wanting to make a difference, we joined forces and became the Two Crazy Cat Ladies!
What We Do
We raise money by selling our handcrafted cat and dog toys, pet beds, and homegrown catnip. Every dollar we make, goes to help our wonderful felines by contributing to spay/neuter programs, helping shelters by sponsoring cat adoption fees, and, as BRATS members, transporting them!
So far this year, we have:
- Sponsored four spay/neuter surgeries at SpayMe Clinic (Sun Prairie)
- Sponsored three adoption fees at Elmbrook Humane Society
- Donated 10 cat goodie 'swag' bags given to adopters of adult cats at MADACC
- Provided four goodie-filled cat beds given to adopters of four adult cats at Elmbrook Humane Society
- Raised $300 for Kewaunee County animal shelter cat spay/neuter program
